TG770 FAQ — Got Questions? We've Got Answers

TG770 follows standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to keep the platform safe for all players. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's licence — along with a recent selfie. Verified accounts also enjoy faster withdrawal processing.

No. TG770 only allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, visit our Login page or contact support for assistance.

On the Login page, use the "Forgot password?" option and follow the prompts. You'll receive an OTP on your registered mobile number to verify your identity. Once verified, you can set a new password. If you're still stuck, our 24/7 support team can help you regain access after confirming your identity.

Log in to your account and go to your profile settings to update your email address, mobile number, or other personal details. For changes that affect your identity or linked payment method, you may need to go through a short re-verification process for security purposes.

TG770 supports Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits through local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as online bank transfer and Philippine mobile banking. All transactions are processed in PHP. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on TG770.

Most deposits via GCash, Maya, and online bank transfer are credited to your TG770 account within a few minutes. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, take note of your transaction reference number and contact our support team so we can investigate promptly.

Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment channel you choose. Please check the Deposit page for the latest minimum and maximum limits per payment method. Limits are displayed in PHP before you confirm your transaction.

First, check that your e -wallet or bank account has sufficient funds and that the transaction wasn't blocked by your bank. If funds were deducted from your account but didn't arrive in TG770, save the transaction reference number and reach out to our support team — we'll trace it and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal page, and select your preferred payout method. Enter the amount you wish to cash out in PHP and confirm the request. Make sure your account is verified beforehand, as unverified accounts may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.

Processing times vary by payment channel. Most withdrawals to local e-wallets like GCash and Maya are processed within the same day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Verified accounts generally enjoy faster processing. Check the Withdrawal page for current timelines.

A pending withdrawal can be caused by an incomplete account verification, an active bonus with remaining wagering conditions, or a routine security review. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and they'll update you on the status.

In some cases, you may be able to cancel a withdrawal while it is still in the pending state. Once a withdrawal has been approved and is being processed, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel a pending request.

Log in to your account and visit the Promotions page to view all currently available offers. Each promotion has its own terms, eligibility requirements, and conditions. Read them carefully before opting in so you know exactly what is expected to unlock any associated reward.

Most bonuses and promotional offers include wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific conditions — including playthrough amounts and eligible games — are outlined in each promotion's individual terms. Always review the details on the Promotions page before claiming.

Bonuses typically require you to opt in before or during the qualifying deposit. If you completed the deposit without activating the promotion first, the bonus may not apply automatically. Some offers also have minimum deposit thresholds. If you believe you qualify and still didn't receive the bonus, contact our support team and they'll review your account activity.

TG770 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is part of the registration and KYC process. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 21, it will be suspended immediately and any funds will be handled according to our Terms & Conditions.
